Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund individual items from a set. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any lost items.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number when returning an item.

Returns may take 7–10 business days to process once received at our warehouse. You will receive a notification once your refund has been issued.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any defects, damages, shortages, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as special orders, personalized products, or single items that are part of a set (full sets can be returned), are non-returnable. Please note that postage charges are not refunded. Contact us with any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order for the item you need.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that outgoing postage charges are non-refundable. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
